Do I qualify?
The main qualifier for affordable housing assistance is income. When browsing our affordable housing lotteries, you’ll notice a listing of income limits associated with each of the available units. Other qualifiers such as asset caps, full-time student status, housing and criminal history can affect your eligibility for affordable housing assistance as well.
How to apply
Check our upcoming affordable housing lotteries on this page or sign up for alerts so you can be one of the first to learn about new lotteries and their application dates. It is during the posted applications dates that you are able to request and submit an application to participate in each of the lotteries.
