Services
We provide construction management and owner's representative services for clients in the implementation of capital improvement and renovation programs. We work directly with individual owners and boards of directors or their designated committees to tailor and finalize the scope of the capital improvement programs. A competitive bidding process is followed and contractor selected with the approval of the Owner. We also have extensive experience in managing disaster response and reconstruction.
Maloney Properties, Inc. construction management & owner's representative services include:
- Review scopes of work
- Review the plans and specifications
- Assist in the development of the contract documents
- Assist in developing a list of qualified bidders for the specific scope of work
- Solicit bids for each individual project
- Assist the Owner in the selection of contractors
- Assist the Owner in finalizing and executing contracts
- Develop schedules for the work
- Train and supervise the project staff
- Visit the site on a regular basis for compliance reviews, inspection and meetings
- Provide the financial management and reporting for construction
- Provide weekly job meeting minutes
- Arrange for project closeout and training
