MPI
Resident Services, Inc.
For nearly 30 years, Maloney Properties has successfully designed, created, and implemented resident service programs that improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. Several of our properties have been recognized, regionally and nationally, for outstanding service in providing supportive housing programs.
Resident services professionals are a fundamental part of our firm’s management team – whether they are employees of Maloney Properties, of the Owner, or of other service agencies. We have worked successfully in each of these situations.
Our Director of Resident Services, Jennifer Kadilak, is responsible for supporting our onsite Resident Service Coordinators and insuring that we are providing quality services throughout our portfolio. With over 20 Resident Service Coordinators and many student social work interns we have great breadth and depth of expertise and experience. We coordinate resident services at more than 40 of the properties we manage.

We are active in New England Elderly Housing Association (NEEHA) as well as the New England (NERSC) and the Massachusetts (MARSH) Association of Resident Service Coordinators in Housing. Maloney Properties is a corporate sponsor of the annual conference held in New England each May.
Our RSC’s receive support not only from the professional organizations, but internally as well. Our LICSW provides monthly clinical consultation groups; we have developed a web-based intranet forum for our RSC’s to post questions and find resources; and in conjunction with MassHousing partnered to develop the Massachusetts Resident Services Coordinators Handbook a Policies and Procedures Manual for resident services that both sets standards and provides resources for our RSCs and for our properties without RSCs.
