The housing lottery was held on Tuesday, August 15, 2017.  Postcards detailing lottery numbers and next steps will be mailed to all lottery applicants on Tuesday, August 29, 2017.  

Please note that the lottery is only the first stage in the resident selection process, which involves several factors including sorting by bedroom size, household income and preference categories. We are unable to provide additional information at this time specific to placement.  We will contact applicants with further information as applicant’s names are reached in the next stage of processing.  Occupancy is expected for October 2017.
