Morville House is conveniently located in the Fenway
neighborhood of Boston. The Episcopal City Mission developed
the elderly housing apartments in 1973. The twelve story,
high-rise offers 147 studio and one bedroom apartments,
with 30 additional one-bedroom apartments scheduled
for occupancy in 2005. Rent levels vary depending upon
the household income. Residents must be 62 and older.
15 wheelchair accessible apartments do not have this
age restriction. Income eligibility is based on Section
8 limits for low and very low income individuals.
