Located in East Cambridge, this development consists of a combined two-story brick building built around 1880 and a one-story block warehouse built in the 1960s. In 1998 Just-A-Start Corporation converted the site into 8-townhouse style 100% affordable rental units. With the help of the Cambridge Historic Commision the exterior was restored as a landmark of the meat packing industry prevalent in East Cambridge in the 1880s.
