Maloney Properties, Inc. provides construction management services and owners' representative services to our clients upon their request for the implementation of capital improvement and renovation programs.

Maloney Properties, Inc. has managed construction programs for many of its clients and charges a separate fee for these services. Construction Management services includes the following:

• Review the scope of work
• Review the plans and specifications
• Assist in the development of the contract documents
• Assist in developing a list of qualified bidders for the specific scope of work
• Solicit bids for each individual project
• Assist the Owner in the selection of contractors
• Assist the Owner in finalizing and executing contracts
• Develop schedules for the work
• Train and supervise the project staff
• Visit the site on a regular basis for compliance reviews, inspection and meetings
• Provide the financial management and reporting for construction
• Provide weekly job meeting minutes
• Arrange for project closeout and training
