Our
Information Systems Department, under the direction
of Ms. Melissa Andrews, Director of Information Systems,
provides a full range of technical services to our
management portfolio. Our experienced technical staff
purchases, installs, and supports all of the computer
equipment and software needed for the site staff
to efficiently manage daily operations. All management
offices are equipped with Virtual Private Network
(VPN) networked, Internet enabled, Windows based
PC's with productivity and security software from
Microsoft and McAfee. Automated accounting, federal
compliance, maintenance and waitlist management functions
are all processed through Yardi Systems, our Web-based,
centralized Property Management software system. |
