Maloney Properties develops and implements resident service programs for each of its housing developments. The goal is to create a healthy community for all residents.

On-site resident service coordinators work with our residents to access the services and resources they may need to remain in their homes with maximum independence. Resident Service Coordinators work with local agencies, community service providers, and resident councils to bring about self-sufficiency, satisfaction, quality of life and well-being.
