Lynn Delidow serves as President of Maloney Properties, where she leads the strategic direction and executive management of the company. With her deep industry knowledge and decades of experience with the company, she guides overall performance, innovation, and growth while upholding Maloney’s long-standing commitment to vibrant communities, inclusive practices, human-centered service, and operational excellence.

Lynn’s collaborative leadership style and expertise have fostered lasting and trusted partnerships with clients, residents, public agencies, and community stakeholders. Her approach consistently yields meaningful, measurable outcomes—elevating our work and impact.

Prior to becoming President, Lynn held senior leadership roles within the company, where she successfully oversaw a large and complex property portfolio. Her expertise in multi-family and senior housing, particularly in navigating layered funding structures, affordable housing finance, and compliance, has played a key role in advancing the success of numerous communities across Greater Boston and beyond.

A key contributor to Maloney’s culture and long-term success, Lynn is closely connected to the daily operations, ensuring that decisions are informed by real insight into both employee and client experiences. Lynn has served on the Maloney Board of Directors and is actively involved in nurturing the next generation of industry leaders. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University.
