Sam Lan oversees a diverse portfolio of family housing throughout the Greater Boston area. Sam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) with the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), and holds the C3P designation for Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance through Spectrum Seminars. Sam is also certified by NAHMA as a Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), and an Advanced Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO).
Sam joined the Maloney team in 2008 and has since overseen a diverse portfolio of both market-rate and affordable housing communities, including those financed through the LIHTC program, Section 8, HOME funds, as well as market-rate and affordable condominiums.
