Jim Grenier joined the Maloney team in 2009 to oversee several complex scattered site developments in Cambridge. He now oversees a large portfolio of affordable, market-rate, and commercial properties located throughout Metro Boston, the North Shore, and Southern New Hampshire.
With an extensive background in real estate, affordable housing and construction management, Jim also has expertise in the management of various federal, state and municipal affordable housing programs. He has successfully developed and implemented several leading energy conservation and cost reduction programs and specializes in distressed properties and portfolios.
Jim possesses a deep understanding of conventional, mixed-use, and affordable real estate markets, while also having partnered with local officials to establish robust operational and safety policies and procedures.
Prior to joining Maloney, he worked for two large development and property management firms specializing in market rate developments, commercial properties and affordable housing.
