Krystal Rodriguez is a skilled property management professional with over 18 years of industry experience. She attended UMass Boston and is a member of Alpha Kappa Delta, the International Sociology Honors Society. As a Regional Property Manager at Maloney, she oversees a portfolio of multi-family and mixed-income properties in the Worcester and Lowell area and supports Maloney’s partnership with Camfield Estates in Boston, a resident-owned community.

Since joining Maloney in 2023, Krystal has brought strong leadership and expertise to the team. She holds multiple industry designations, including IREM’s ARM and CPM and NAHMA’s CPO, FHC, NAHP-e, and SHCM, showcasing her dedication to excellence in property management. She is also a YW Boston – LeadBoston alumni.

An advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging, Krystal served as an active member of the Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA) DEI committee and chaired the DEI Committee at her former organization for three years and currently serves at the Massachusetts Chapter Coordinator for NEAHMA.
