Lynn is the architect of Maloney’s modern growth, balancing cutting-edge innovation with a steadfast commitment to operational excellence and inclusive customer centered service.
Lynn’s leadership is defined by her ability to cultivate lasting partnerships with employees, clients, and community stakeholders. Her collaborative approach consistently yields measurable outcomes that elevate the asset’s value and the client experience. Before taking the helm as CEO, Lynn oversaw portfolio operations, mastering the intricacies of multi-family housing, and navigating affordable housing finance structures.
Deeply connected to the daily pulse of the company, Lynn ensures executive decisions are informed by real-world insight into employee and client needs. A mentor to the next generation of industry leaders and former member of the Maloney Board of Directors she holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston University, a background that uniquely informs her leadership style.
Lynn currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Franklin Square House Foundation and the Metro Housing Boston.
