Marisa Cummings is a Regional Vice President at Maloney Properties, bringing over 20 years of leadership experience in property management across the Boston area. Since joining the company in 2017, she has played a key role in strengthening operations, building high-performing teams, and driving measurable results across a diverse portfolio.
Marisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Law from Suffolk University and maintains several industry credentials, including NAHMA’s Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO), NAHMA’s Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM), Spectrum’s Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P), and NAHMA’s Certified Green Property Management (CGPM) designation.
She specializes in financial restructuring and pre-development planning, with particular expertise in Affordable Fair Housing Marketing Plans (AFHMPs) and Tenant Selection Plans (TSPs). Known for her forward-thinking leadership and operational insight, Marisa is deeply committed to fostering strong communities and advancing excellence across every asset she oversees.
