Lisa Pelrine / Chief of Staff

As Chief of Staff, Lisa Pelrine serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the executive leadership team. She leads the execution of high-impact initiatives, fosters internal cohesion, and works collaboratively with all stakeholders to maintain a culture of teamwork and exceptional customer service.

Since joining the company in 1986, Lisa has held numerous key roles and has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence. Her calm, solutions-oriented approach and deep understanding of the organization have made her an invaluable voice in shaping strategy and execution.

Before becoming Chief of Staff, she worked closely with the President/CEO and the executive team to develop innovative solutions that streamlined operations and aligned the organization with its strategic goals. She has also served on multiple committees dedicated to improving operational efficiency and fostering collaboration across departments.

Lisa is a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management and reports directly to the President. Her leadership is defined by her ability to unify teams and guide thoughtful decision-making.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors by the sea and especially hiking with her dog, Zuko.
