Mark Kelly / Vice President

Mark Kelly is responsible for a large portfolio of mixed-income housing throughout New England. He specializes in financial workouts for troubled properties and has a wealth of experience in security matters and resident services programming. Additionally, he serves on Maloney’s Board of Directors and plays an active role on our Resident Services and Sustainability Committees.

Mr. Kelly founded Team Expeditions in Dorcester, a nationally acclaimed program that teaches leadership and self-confidence to teens by challenging them on a variety of outdoor adventures such as kayaking, rock climbing, skiing, white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, camping and many other exciting endeavors.

Mr. Kelly began his career in Property Management in 1990, working on the purchase, rehab, marketing, lease-up and management of previously distressed condominiums in Allston and Brighton Massachusetts. He joined Maloney in 1996 to manage a complex scattered site in Dorchester. Mr. Kelly is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a licensed Real Estate Broker.
