Sam Lan / Regional Manager

Sam Lan oversees a diverse portfolio of family housing in Chinatown, and Quincy. Mr. Lan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Massachusetts Boston. He is a Certified Occupancy Specialist with the National Center for Housing Management, and has received C3P designation for Low Income Housing Tax Credit with Spectrum. Mr. Lan is also certified with NAHMA for Specialist in Housing Credit Management, Certified Professional of Occupancy and Advanced Certified Professional of Occupancy.

Mr. Lan joined the Maloney team in 2008, and has been overseeing a portfolio of both market rate and affordable communities including the LIHTC program, Section 8 and HOME Funds properties.
