Sarah Clark is a seasoned property management professional with over 20 years of extensive experience and strategic leadership. As a Regional Manager at Maloney, she oversees a diverse portfolio of mixed-income, mixed use communities throughout the Greater Boston area. With a strong focus on operational excellence and long-term value creation, Sarah drives performance by aligning teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring high standards across all aspects of property management.

Sarah is deeply committed to enhancing both property performance and the resident experience. From negotiating vendor contracts and executing capital improvement projects to spearheading marketing campaigns and community initiatives, she ensures that each property is positioned for success.
