Amesbury Gardens Apartments, Inc. (AGTA) was organized as a Massachusetts corporation in February 1993. Its purpose is to improve the physical and social conditions of the housing environment of the Amesbury Gardens Apartments located in Lawrence, Massachusetts and to acquire, rehabilitate, and operate 160 units of affordable housing, an expiring use project under Title VI of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990. Income and eligibility restrictions apply.
