Janet Frazier / President & CEO

As President and CEO of Maloney Properties, Janet Frazier oversees the development, marketing and management of over 10,000 units of housing across the Northeast. Ms. Frazier is a founding partner at the firm, serving as COO from 1981 until moving into her current role in 2000.

Ms. Frazier leads a strong and diverse team of partners and executives overseeing a comprehensive suite of real estate services. Together, this team has stewarded Maloney’s growth into an industry leading firm with over 450 employees providing a wide range of expertise to real estate developers and owners throughout New England.

Ms. Frazier brings a wealth of experience to the marketing and management of large real estate developments, including market rate and affordable rental housing, condominiums, cooperatives, assisted living, and mixed-use properties. Under her leadership, Maloney also provides highly customized consulting services to property owners in a variety of areas, including financial restructuring, tenant selection, and all aspects of property management.

Ms. Frazier is a licensed real estate broker and an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. She also serves on the Boards of Directors for the Franklin Square House Foundation, a private foundation dedicated to the development of affordable housing for women and children, and the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership, which is Massachusetts’ largest regional provider of rental voucher assistance serving the homeless, elderly, disabled, and low and moderate income residents of Boston and 29 surrounding communities.
