Maloney Properties is excited to share that we have been named a Top Place to Work for the fourth time by The Boston Globe. It is an honor to be listed alongside companies that we admire, and an even greater honor to know that the reason we’re there is because of our employees opinions. Thank you Team Maloney!

Maloney Properties is a top place to work because we stand for respecting and caring for people from all walks of life. Thank you to our employees for always exemplifying these values. We are proud of the work we do, but most of all we are proud of our phenomenal team.

From the Employees

The survey is confidential, so these quotes are anonymous, but they all came from Team Maloney. Check out what they have to say!

[Maloney] has provided me the ability to grow and progress in my career. The work that I do makes me feel that I am having an impact for our client, residents, and the company. I am appreciative of being able to be part of so many committees. Maloney really listens to its employees.

My entrepreneurial spirit has been encouraged and supported. My manager has always treated me with respect and encouragement.

The culture is fabulous, the people a delight to work with, and I like coming in every day.

Work life balance is recognized as very important.

You will never be more appreciated and respected; they get how important employees are to carry out the work of the company.

The incentives for working at this company are very good and make you want to stay with the company because it is hard to find these ‘perks’ at other places.

About Top Places to Work

“Making employees happy doesn’t have to take a lot of effort or money, but it does require companies to put workers first,” said Katie Johnston, the Globes Top Places to Work editor. “Our winning companies know that their people are their most valuable assets.” The winners share a few key traits, including offering progressive benefits, giving their employees a voice, and encouraging them to have some fun while they’re at it.

The rankings in the Top Places to Work are based on confidential survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention, from over 80,000 individuals at hundreds of Massachusetts organizations.

The Top Places to Work 2018 issue is published online at globe.com/topplaces and in The Boston Globe Magazine on November 18. Employers are placed into one of four groups: small, with 50 to 99 employees; medium, with 100 to 249 workers; large, with 250 to 999; and largest, with 1,000 or more. Maloney Properties is ranked in the large category.
