Recognizing Community for Mental Health Awareness

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re recognizing the importance of connection and community. That’s why we work every day to create supportive environments where both residents and employees feel seen and valued. Building strong communities means caring for the people who make them thrive.

Care, connection, and community play an important role in supporting mental health. Maloney’s Resident Services team fosters belonging and reduces isolation through wellness programming, social activities, and supportive outreach.

This same committment extends to our team. Maloney prioritzes employees’ well-being through supportive services like our free Employee Assistance Program (EAP), flexible work schedules, professional growth opportunities and more. Caring foir communities starts with caring for the people behind the work.

At Maloney, we strive to create places where people feel seen, supported and valued, both personally and professionally. Mental Health Awareness Month is an opportunity to reflect on the importance of the work we do and the connections we build each day. Always rememebr that you matter.
