About Heritage Apartments
Heritage Apartments is nicely located in the Maverick Square Section of East Boston. The Heritage developed by the Boston Housing Authority offers 272 apartments with great access to downtown Boston via the Blue Line (access on site) and easy access to the Ted Williams and Sumner Tunnels. Local shops and unique restaurants are all within walking distance.
All apartments have either a nicely sized balcony or a private backyard. Units are either garden style walkups or located in one of three mid-rise buildings with elevators. There are two community rooms and two laundry rooms throughout the community. Some off street parking is available via a waitlist.
Professional property management staff is available seven days week. Heat and hot water and electricity are included in the rent. Eligibility and income restrictions apply. Senior Housing Head, Co-Head or Spouse 62 or over, any age disabled.
