The Union

The Union is a designated Boston Landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and was constructed in 1875 and was operated for more than 150 years to provide a variety of social, recreational and service programs.  The property was recently renovated into 46 units of affordable housing in partnership with St. Francis House and the Planning Office of Urban Affairs.

The newly renovated units offer modern appliances with unique features of the restored building in each unit.  The property has an on site laundry facility, community and exercise room. The building is located in the heart of downtown Boston and is steps away from the Boston Common, Park Street station and the orange line Chinatown T stop.  Gas is included in the rent.
