With a team of more than 25 Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) serving communities across New England, we deliver customized programs that strengthen communities, improve quality of life, and support the long-term success of the properties we manage. As every community has its own unique needs, we sat down with our team of RSCs to discuss their support strategies and how they design programs to best serve their residents and communities at large.
