Maloney selected to manage the redeveloped Lakeside Apartments in Worcester, MA 

Breaking new ground in Worcester! Maloney is ready to get started on Phase 1 of this transformative project which includes 116 brand-new one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments.

The redevelopment of Lakeside Apartments will replace over 200 aging units with close to 350 new affordable homes for the community. Managed by Maloney, Lakeside Apartments will feature modern amenities, enhanced accessibility, and energy-efficient design to support a vibrant, sustainable renewal of this Webster Square neighborhood.
