We are so happy to announce the promotion of Lisa Pelrine to Chief of Staff at Maloney Properties.

In her new role, Lisa serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the executive leadership team. She leads the execution of high-impact initiatives, strengthens internal alignment, and fosters collaboration across the organization—all in support of our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients and communities.

Lisa has been an integral part of Maloney Properties since 1986, holding numerous leadership roles and consistently demonstrating an unwavering commitment to excellence. Her calm, solutions-focused approach, deep institutional knowledge, and collaborative spirit have made her an invaluable asset, she helps to shape the company’s vision and enhance organizational performance.

Prior to becoming Chief of Staff, Lisa worked closely with the President/CEO and the executive team to develop innovative, streamlined solutions that advanced our operational goals. She has served on several cross-functional committees dedicated to driving efficiency and improving communication company-wide.

Lisa is a Certified Occupancy Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management and reports directly to the President. Her leadership style is defined by her ability to unify teams, champion thoughtful decision-making, and model the values that define Maloney Properties.
