The CBA provides affordable housing in Lowell. Their newest development on Gorham Street is the first major project outside the Acre.
2015 Festival Betances Celebration
MPI celebrated with Boston’s South End community in the opening procession of the 2015 Festival Betances. This three day festival is New England’s longest-running Latino Cultural Celebration. MPI staff members and guests from Villa Victoria walked through the neighborhoods tossing candy and beads to the parade watchers.

On June 7, 2015 MPI participated in the 30th AIDS Walk Boston & 5K Run! This year Team Maloney Properties raised $5,986 with 14 amazing team members. Way to go!!!

Project Place held its signature event, the 12th Annual Brunch – Spring Forward! Raising a record-breaking $188,000 to support their mission to provide jobs, housing and hope for homeless and low-income individuals of Boston.
MPI Streamlines Fair Housing Lottery Process in Boston
MPI in conjunction with the Boston Office of Fair Housing and Equity, and the Asian Community Development Corporation (ACDC) conducted a fair housing lottery on May 15, 2015 for the 95 affordable rental units at 66 Hudson, part of the One Greenway development.
