2015 Festival Betances Celebration
MPI celebrated with Boston’s South End community in the opening procession of the 2015 Festival Betances. This three day festival is New England’s longest-running Latino Cultural Celebration. MPI staff members and guests from Villa Victoria walked through the neighborhoods tossing candy and beads to the parade watchers.

MPI utilizes LEAN program at Amesbury Gardens
MPI has utilized the LEAN program to provide $215,000 worth of energy saving electrical equipment at Amesbury Gardens in Lawrence, MA. The equipment comes at no cost to the property, and savings for the light fixtures alone are expected to exceed $18,000/yr.
MPI utilizes the LEAN program for upgrades at Wilder Gardens
MPI has utilized the LEAN program to upgrade Wilder Gardens heating and hot water systems at no cost to the property. The project included the installation of new energy conserving heating boilers, pumps, domestic hot water boilers, and tanks, and is expected to reduce energy use by over 20%.
